CHOURICO AND PEPPERS 
1 stick butter
4 c. cut up onions
4 c. cut up green peppers
2 lb. chourico, cut in pieces (looks like kielbasa)
Sub rolls

Melt stick of butter in frying pan. Add onion and peppers, cook until onions are clear, drain. Add cut up chourico simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Serve in sub rolls.

Chourico pronounced sha'reise is spicer than kielbasa, if you prefer it milder buy linguica sausage.
