1 green apple (Granny Smith)
2 red apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Core and dice apples; sprinkle with lemon juice. Add celery and grapes to apples and toss. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and cream. Pour over apple mixture and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving add nuts and toss to mix.
