INDIVIDUAL FRUITCAKES 
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
4 lg. eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/3 c. brandy
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mixed candied fruit
1 (4 oz.) pkg. candied pineapple
1 (4 oz.) pkg. candied cherries
2 c. chopped dates
2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine oil and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs; beat until light. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice and cloves together; reserve 1 cup. Add alternately with orange juice and brandy to mixture. Mix reserved dry ingredients with candied fruits. Stir dates, pecans and fruit mixture into batter. Pour into paper bake cups. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in fruitcakes comes out clean.
