WILD RICE POTATO SOUP | |
1 tsp. minced onion 1 c. water 1 whole regular can cream of chicken soup 1 c. half and half 1/2 c. cooked, diced potatoes 1 c. Swiss cheese 3 whole slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 c. cooked wild rice Bring minced onion and water to boil in saucepan; 3 minutes. Stir in soup, add half and half, potatoes, Swiss cheese, rice and bacon; heat until cheese melts. Do not boil. Makes 4 servings. |
