4 1/2 cups sugar 2 Tbsps. butter 12 ozs. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme Pinch of salt 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 12 ozs. Baker's German sweet chocolate 2 cups chopped nuts Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk in saucepan. Boil 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour boiling syrup over chocolate in a bowl. Beat until chocolate is melted. Stir in marshmallow creme and nuts. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Let cool several hours until firm. Cut into squares and store in airtight container. |
