VIDALIA ONION PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie crust
3 large Vidalia onions
1 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
few drops Tabasco sauce

Bake pie crust 5 minutes. Sauté onions in butter. Combine remaining ingredients with onions and butter. Pour in pie crust. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes and then at 325°F for 25 minutes.
