1 chicken, cut up

Put in roaster and add: 1/2 c. melted butter

Bake in oven until almost done, about 3/4 hour. This can also be done a day ahead of time. Drain juice from roaster. Put on grill and baste with Bar B Q Sauce the last 15 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt

Simmer 15 minutes before basting chicken, enough sauce for 2 chickens.
