BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 egg whites
1 stick soft butter
2 pt. fresh strawberries, sweetened & drained
4 bananas, sliced round (dipped in lemon juice or sprinkled with Fruit Fresh)
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. chopped nuts
1 sm. jar cherries

Combine melted butter, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Press into 13"x9" cake pan to form crust. Beat egg whites until stiff; add butter and 2 cups confectioners' sugar. Beat mixture 10 minutes. Spread strawberries and bananas on top. Spread Cool Whip. Sprinkle cherries and nuts on top. Refrigerate overnight.
