MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) mandarin oranges
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Place cake mix in bowl. Add mandarin oranges, juice and all. Add eggs, oil and beat 2 minutes. Put into 2 greased and floured cake pans and bake 23 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Mix well, spread between layers and ice cake. Refrigerate.
