CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
3 lbs. frying chicken
3 tbsp. oil
2 c. tomato sauce with cheese
3/4 c. tomato paste
2 tbsp. minced onion or 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown chicken in oil in large fry pan. Drain excess oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat. Cover, and simmer 45 to 50 minutes until tender. If desired, serve chicken pieces with sauce over rice or spaghetti. 4 to 6 servings.
