FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll refrigerated ready to bake sugar cookie

CREAM FILLING:

1 ( 8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container cool whip

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water

FRUIT:

Banana's, kiwi, pineapple rings, strawberries. Other fruits may be added or substituted.

Using the package directions for rolling out the dough for cut out cookies, roll out the sugar cookie dough and place into a pizza pan, that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown, cool. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Add orange juice, lemon juice and water. Over a medium fire bring to a boil and boil one minute. Cool completely. Using an electric mixer, blend cram cheese and cool whip just until smooth. Spread cream mixture over a cooled crust. Arrange sliced fruit in decorative pattern on top of creamed mixture. Top with cooled glaze and chill pizza 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Cut into pizza wedges and enjoy! Great summer dessert!
