ORANGE-APRICOT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can peeled apricots
2 oranges, peeled
1x2 inch piece orange rind
3 tbsp. walnuts
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve orange Jello in boiling water. Add juice from can of apricots. Grind oranges, rind, nuts and apricots, pits removed. Mix with 1/2 cup sugar and let stand 1 hour. Add to Jello. Up to 1/2 cup more sugar may be added if desired. Place in mold and chill until firm.
