ORANGE APRICOT RING 
2 (1 lb.) cans apricot halves
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrate (orange)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (7 oz.) bottle lemon lime carbonated drink
Dash of salt

Drain apricots and save 1 1/2 cups syrup. Put apricots through a blender or sieve (2 cups puree needed). Combine syrup, Jello, salt and bring to a boil. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add apricot puree, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir until melted. Slowly add carbonated drink and pour into ring mold.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. orange concentrate
Poppy seed
