FOOLPROOF FUDGE 
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 1/2 - 12 ounce bags)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Dash salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan; set aside. In top of double boiler or in microwave, melt chips with condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in walnuts, if desired, and vanilla. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil to lift fudge out of pan and place on cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares or use cookie cutters to cut into shapes. Store tightly covered in cool, dry place. Makes about 2 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
