BUTTERY OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. oats

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Add nuts and oats. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
