BUTTERY PASTA WITH SHRIMP 
3 c. cooked spaghetti (7 oz. uncooked spaghetti)
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cocktail size shrimp (not breaded), thawed & drained
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. each salt & oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed tomatoes

Have ready cooked spaghetti; set aside. In heavy, 3 quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat (5-7 minutes). Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Stir to blend. Cook over medium heat (5-7 minutes). Add cooked spaghetti; stir to blend. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is heated through (3-5 minutes). Remove from heat; add tomatoes. Cover; let stand 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated through. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
