SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
1 can water chestnuts
5 slices bacon
2 hard boiled eggs

DRESSING FOR SPINACH SALAD:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. diced onion sauce

Combine spinach, water chestnuts, broken bacon, and cut up eggs. Heat dressing ingredients to boiling. Boil about 3 minutes. Pour over salad and blend. Serve hot.
