1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice (mix with flour)
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. water
2 egg yolks
your favorite cooked pie crust

Beat egg yolks; add sugar and rest of ingredients. Cook until thickened. Pour into already baked pie shell. Top with beaten egg whites and some sugar and brown or put Cool Whip on top.
