FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil

Mix dry ingredients together, add milk and salad oil. Stir until mix is dampened. Drop by spoonfuls into hot stew or soup. Cover and cook under low heat 10 minutes.
