6 c. cereal
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt butter with marshmallows in large saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add cereal and stir until coated. Press into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 24.
