Brown 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cans stewed tomatoes. Simmer while cooking a package of 1/2 inch egg noodles. Put all together in a 9 x 13 inch pan and mix thoroughly. Drizzle with catsup and top with shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
