CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherries

Cream the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Fill 24 cupcakes 2/3 full. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool 10 minutes.

TOPPING: Blend sour cream, sugar, vanilla and top the cupcakes. Place cherry on top. Bake 10 minutes. Freezes well.
