PASTA WITH ONIONS & EGGS 
1 lb. pasta
6 eggs
1 or 2 med. onions
Olive oil

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

2. Slice onions fine and saute in olive oil until golden. Set aside.

3. Cook pasta and before draining add a little of the water to the onions. Drain pasta.

4. Quickly beat eggs with a little salt and pepper, add to the onions, and pour all over the hot pasta. Toss well and serve immediately with a little Parmesan or Romano. Serves 4 to 6.
