PASTA SALAD MARINATED 
1 box American rainbow twirls (noodles)
1 c. red vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. broccoli, frozen-chopped
2 tomatoes, cut in small wedges
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 lg. red onion, sliced & broke into rings

Combine vinegar, sugar, oil and water; cook on stove until sugar is dissolved. Cook noodles until tender, drain, rinse in cold water, drain. Add to the noodles, tomatoes, broccoli, cucumbers and onions. Pour vinegar liquid over, mix, refrigerate for a day or overnight. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
