COCONUT MOUNDS 
3/4 c. mashed potatoes, unseasoned
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 sq. paraffin
4 c. flaked coconut
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together and drop by teaspoons on wax paper. Roll into balls. Chill until firm. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Dip each piece of candy in chocolate. Place on wax paper; cool and store in air-tight container.
