GIGI'S REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1 cake yeast
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg, beaten
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

1. Dissolve yeast in little bit of water with 1 teaspoon sugar.

2. Cream sugar and Crisco with mixer.

3. Pour boiling water over it.

4. Add cold water.

5. Add beaten egg.

6. Add dissolved yeast.

7. Add sifted flour and salt gradually and mix well. You may have to stop using the mixer and use a wooden spoon.

8. Place wet towel over bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.

9. Next day, roll in melted butter in cloverleaf rolls and place in cupcake pans. 3 small balls make the cloverleaf. Let rise 3-4 hours. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
