CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cranberries
1/2 med. orange
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water

Wash and drain raw cranberries. Grind cranberries and orange (peeling and pulp) through fine blade of a food chopper. Add sugar, mix and let stand 1 to 2 hours. Add and stir hot water to lemon gelatin until dissolved. Add cranberry mixture and pour into square pan to mold. Chill until firm, cut into squares and serve on lettuce with salad dressing. Serves 8 to 10.
