PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 loaf pans, greased & floured
1 lg. salad bowl
3-1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients together, then make a well in the middle and add: 4 eggs 2/3 c. water 2 c. canned pumpkin 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. raisins

Mix until smooth. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool slightly and turn out on wire cooling rack.

NOTE: Recipe can be cut down to make 1 loaf if you don't want 2 loaves.
