STEAK SOUP 
1 lb. top round, cut into cubes and browned
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
2 qts. water
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, diced
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. frozen green beans
1 c. whole tomatoes or 1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Melt butter and whip in flour to make paste. Stir in water. Add onions, carrots, and celery; boil. Add frozen vegetables and green beans. Add tomatoes or tomato sauce and Kitchen Bouquet; heat. Add browned steak and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
