PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cloves
Cool Whip
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
3 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Beat eggs; add pumpkin, sugar, spices and milk. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Top with Cool Whip.
