COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1/2 green pepper
2 carrots, pared
2 stalks celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 - 1 tsp. horseradish
Salt & pepper to taste

Shred cabbage, green pepper, carrots, celery and onion together. Place in large bowl. Mix salad dressing, sugar, vinegar, horseradish, salt and pepper together. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
