3 c. sugar 1 can (12 fluid ounces) PET Evaporated Milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 jar (7 to 7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme 1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips 1 c. coarsely chopped graham crackers Butter an 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan. In a 3-quart heavy saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and boil 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream. Stir in chocolate chips and graham crackers (chocolate will not completely melt). Pour into buttered pan and cool until firm. Makes 77 (1-inch) pieces. |
