CHERRY FUDGE TARTS 
3 (1 oz.) sqs. semi-sweet chocolate sqs.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. whipped topping
14 (3 inch) tart size graham cracker crust
1 can cherry pie filling

Over medium heat in heavy pan, melt chocolate with salt and milk. Cook and stir until very thick and bubbly (5 to 8 minutes). Add water and eggs, cook and stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in extract. Cool 15 minutes. Chill for 30 minutes. Stir in whipped cream. Spoon into crust. Top with pie filling.
