HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Pepper, to taste
2 onions, chopped
1 c. diced celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup or substitute 1 can cream of mushroom)
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Place ground beef in heavy skillet over medium flame until brown in color. Add onions and celery and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soup. Blend well. Then pour into a buttered casserole. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
