GOOD OLE' MEAT BALLS 
4 slices bread (broken into pieces)
2/3 c. milk
1 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
Pepper to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. water

Soak bread with milk, then mix hamburger, baking powder, onion and pepper together with hands and make walnut sized meat balls. Fry until browned.

Place in greased casserole dish. Cover with soup and water mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Can make all in fry pan. Boil red potatoes sliced in half. Serve meat balls over potatoes. Serves 4-6.
