CRISPY WON TON 
3/4 c. ground pork
6 fresh shrimp, chopped
3 water chestnuts, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Combine and fry; slightly chill. Place 1/2 teaspoon mixture on a won ton pie square. Roll; twist ends to seal mixture inside won ton square. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Serve with soy sauce and hot Chinese mustard. Makes 3- 4 dozen.
