HEALTH SALAD 
4 c. thinly sliced or shredded cabbage
1 c. grated carrot
1 red apple, cored and diced
8 oz. can chunky pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins
2 ribs celery, sliced
5 radishes, sliced
1/3 c. snipped parsley
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dry onion flakes
Toasted sunflower seeds, optional

In large bowl combine cabbage, carrot, apple, pineapple, raisins, celery, radishes and parsley. In cup, whisk together oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, onion flakes and salt. Pour over salad, toss well. Garnish with sunflower seeds.
