8 lbs. peaches
3 1/2 lbs. light brown sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 oz. whole cloves
1 oz. whole cinnamon

Carefully peel peaches. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add peaches (whole) and boil for approximately 5 minutes or until syrup is clear and peaches are tender. Seal in jars.
