MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. plain flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 to 2 c. nuts 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple Mix and pour into greased oblong pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Frosting: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla. Frost cake while hot. |
