CREAMY POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash browns (thawed)
4 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 (10 oz.) Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Combine all ingredients together and mix. Pour in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
