BLACK WALNUT PUDDING 
Batter:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped black walnut meats
dash of salt

Mix ingredients for batter while the syrup is boiling. Pour over top of the syrup.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Syrup:

dash of salt

Mix the ingredients for the syrup and boil on low heat. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.
