WALNUT CRUNCH PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 beaten egg
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 med. bananas, sliced

Combine sugar, walnuts and egg. Spread thinly on greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool to room temperature. Crush this mixture. Sprinkle half of crumbs in bottom of 8x8 inch baking pan.

Combine pudding, sour cream and milk. Beat on low speed 1 to 2 minutes or until blended. Fold in sliced bananas. Spoon over crumbs in pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours. 9 servings. (I like to layer in individual dessert dishes.)
