SQUARE BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. buttermilk

Measure flour in mixing bowl. Add oil and buttermilk. Stir with fork. Pat mixture into a greased 10 or 12 inch square pan. Cut into squares. Bake at 500 degrees until brown. Remove from pan. Biscuits will separate into squares.
