1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter

Melt and stir together. Pour over 12 to 15 ounce Crispix cereal. Alternate 2 cups confectioners sugar and cereal mixture in dry bowl. Toss until well coated.
