STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI 
2 c. 1/2 inch ice cubes (or use crushed or shaved)
8 oz. (1 c.) light rum
5 oz. (1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp.) sweet and sour mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed

Put ice into blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high or frappe speed about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Serve in stemmed wine or cocktail glasses. Makes about 6 servings.
