CORN FILLING BALLS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery
1 (13 oz.) cream-style corn
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. bread cube stuffing
3 egg yolks

Cook until tender in butter the onions and celery, then add corn, water, salt and pepper and simmer about 5 minutes.

Pour this over bread stuffing and add the egg yolks; mix well and shape into 12 balls and put on shallow pan and brush with melted butter.

Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
