RAISIN-ALMOND GRANOLA 
3 c. regular oatmeal, raw
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. almonds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix oatmeal, wheat germ, coconut and sesame seeds. Then mix oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla and pour over the oatmeal mixture. Mix thoroughly. Spread evenly in a shallow pan, 15"x10"x1". Toast 1 hour in a 250 degree oven, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes. Cool. Toss with raisins and almonds. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. NOTE: Look at this product about every 10 minutes. Your oven might be too hot. Don't let this granola burn.
