1 whole chicken, cut up
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. instant potatoestsp. garlic salt or Season-All
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter

Wash chicken and pat dry. Beat egg and milk. In another bowl mix potatoes, season salt and cheese. Roll chicken in egg mixture, then potato mixture. Melt butter in shallow baking pan or dish. Place chicken parts coating good with butter in dish. Bake 45-50 minutes in 400 degree oven. Check doneness with fork. Serves around 4.
