CHOCOLATE SURPRISE 
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. instant pudding, chocolate or favorite flavor
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1 c. flour
1 cube butter, softened

Layer 1 - Crust. Mix together flour, 1/2 cup walnuts and soft cue butter. Press into 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan. As it warms up it becomes easier to spread. Bake 15-20 minutes (or until golden brown) at 350 degrees. Let cool completely before adding layer 2.

Layer 2 - Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 of the large Cool Whip. Beat until lumps are gone. Put on top of layer 1.

Layer 3 - Make pudding as directed on box using a little less milk. Put on top of layer 2.

Layer 4 - Remaining Cool Whip with 1/4 cup walnuts sprinkled over top.
