SPINACH SALAD 
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon, cut into bits and fried
1 (10 oz.) bag spinach, washed and torn
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped for garnish

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt and pepper to make dressing. Cook bacon until crisp. Combine spinach and mushrooms in salad bowl. Add dressing and garnish with bacon and eggs. Serve immediately.
